The Evolving Mining Legal Framework (Lex Mineralia) Shaped by International Arbitration and Its Role on the Governance of Critical Minerals

[English version below]

No artigo “The Evolving Mining Legal Framework (Lex Mineralia) Shaped by International Arbitration and Its Role on the Governance of Critical Minerals”, publicado originalmente pela The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law, no manual do Special Institute on International Mining and Energy Law, Development, and Investment, nosso sócio @Tiago de Mattos, em coautoria com @Daniela Vergel, @Mayra Bryce Alberti e @Alfonso Rebaza, analisa como a jurisprudência arbitral internacional vem moldando uma ordem jurídica minerária transnacional e o papel dessa evolução na governança dos minerais críticos.
